Dancers monthly tuition must be paid on the last Saturday of the month prior to the first day of class for the following month. Dancers may not participate in class if tuition is not paid on time.
-
Tuition can be made via the website or in the studio. We accept cash or credit card. Credit card payments will incur a $3 service fee. We do not take checks.
-
Tuition received after the due date will be charged a $25 late fee per class which must be paid prior to the dancers' return. Payments made after the due date must be paid by cash or credit card. Checks will not be accepted after the due date.
-
There are no refunds once payments are made. There are no refunds, adjustments, credits or prorated tuition for missed classes. Dancers may take a make-up class for the class they missed.
-
All payments are final. No refunds on classes not taken. Classes not taken can be used toward another month's classes.
-
Makeup classes need to be approved before the dancer takes the make-up class. Dancers can make up a missed class in any appropriately aged class within 30 days.
-
Missing Classes: In the event, the dancer does not come to class, the parent is still required to make the payment for the month even if the dancer has missed one or all classes in the month if they plan to return in that season. An invoice will be sent to the parent and must be paid before the dancer can return.
-
There are no adjustments made for vacations, holidays or missed classes.
-
Insurance: Dancing For His Glory Dance Studio does not carry medical insurance for its students. It is required that all dance students be covered by their own family insurance policies and if an injury occurs it is understood that the student’s own policy is your only source of reimbursement.
-
Withdrawal Policy: Dancing For His Glory does not issue refunds. In case of a serious/ unexpected student injury, illness, or unexpected relocation for which withdrawal from class is warranted, Dancing For His Glory Studio must be informed in writing within 2 weeks of the event with appropriate medical or work documentation. A prorated refund will be issued based on the date that we received the information. In the event, the parent decides to withdraw a student prior to the end of the season (September - June) the studio must be given a 30-day notice. Parents will be required to pay the following month's tuition if notice is less than 30 days. In both cases, the parent will be held liable for the next month's tuition if notification is not made within the timeframe stated above.
-
Class Cancellation Policy: If a class is canceled due to low enrollment, Dancing For His Glory will make every effort to place the student in another suitable class; in the event an alternate class is unavailable, Dancing For His Glory Studio will provide prorated refunds.
